Use the pool like a human.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, vote in the live pool or upload a photo. By continuing through onboarding, you confirm that you are 18+ and agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Do not create accounts to evade bans, manipulate results, farm credits, automate voting or interfere with service safeguards.

3. Upload rights and consent

You may upload only photos that you are legally allowed to use for this purpose. JudgeMyPic does not permit photos that depict a person under 18. If any recognizable adult appears, you must be that person or have their permission to upload and test the photo. You may not upload non-consensual intimate material, nudity or sexual content, exploitation, impersonation/celebrity misuse, harassment, unlawful content, spam or promotional abuse. Incidental background subjects do not remove these responsibilities.

4. Your content and the license you give us

You retain ownership of your photos and other content. You give JudgeMyPic a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, resize/re-encode, moderate and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the features you choose, including opted-in battle testing, private results, safety review and account tools. This license ends when the content is deleted from the service, subject to short technical cleanup periods and legally required retention.

5. Battles, votes and results

Votes are subjective opinions from users, not objective measurements of attractiveness, value, identity or worth. Results can change as more votes arrive and may be affected by audience filters, sample size and ordinary human variation. JudgeMyPic may exclude, down-weight or refuse rewards for activity that appears automated, manipulated or too fast to be trustworthy.

6. Test Credits and product mechanics

JudgeMyPic Test Credits are closed-loop digital usage units used only to access photo-testing features on JudgeMyPic. They are not money, a deposit, a bank balance, cryptocurrency, stored-value payment instrument or investment. Test Credits have no cash value outside JudgeMyPic, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash, cannot earn interest, cannot be transferred or sold between users, and cannot be used to pay another person.

You may earn Test Credits by participating in valid voting activity. If paid Test Credit packs are offered, they are one-time prepayments for JudgeMyPic digital services; the checkout page will identify the applicable price, taxes, merchant-of-record/payment provider and purchase terms. We may reverse or adjust credits created by fraud, automation, duplicate actions, chargebacks, refunds or technical errors. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this section.

7. Moderation and safety screening

Uploads may undergo automated safety screening and human review before they can enter the live pool. Automated systems are imperfect and do not replace user responsibility or human moderation. We may approve, reject, remove or restrict content, close assignments, resolve reports, withdraw photos from the pool, or suspend/ban accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, consent, fraud prevention or enforcement of these Terms. Reports involving a possible minor, sexual content or lack of consent are treated as high priority and may cause immediate removal while reviewed.

8. No matchmaking or member-to-member payments

JudgeMyPic is a photo-testing service. It does not provide matchmaking, dating introductions, direct messaging, user-to-user money transfer, or a marketplace for buying from other members. Battle votes are used to generate private photo-test results.

9. AI features

Judd and other AI-generated feedback are optional product features. AI output may be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation and is provided for entertainment/product feedback, not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Do not rely on AI output as a factual judgment about a person. When you use Judd, we may keep the analyzed image and generated analysis in a private account history so you can reopen it later. A Judd share card is created only when you choose to share or save one.

10. Reports and takedowns

If you believe a photo was uploaded without consent, depicts a minor, impersonates you or otherwise violates these Terms, use the in-product report tool or our photo removal / consent request. Submitting knowingly false or abusive reports may result in restrictions.

11. Availability and changes

We may change, test, suspend or discontinue features, limits, credit mechanics, moderation rules or availability. We do not promise that every photo will receive a particular number of votes or that the service will be uninterrupted.

12. Disclaimer

JudgeMyPic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that feedback will improve dating, social, career or other outcomes, or that user votes will reflect the views of any broader population.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JudgeMyPic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, user-generated feedback, third-party links or reliance on results. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, safety risk, fraud, abuse, or legal requirements. Account deletion removes stored account photo files and private Judd analysis images through the service’s deletion process, subject to limited records that may need to remain for legal or security reasons.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how JudgeMyPic handles account data, photos, votes, safety screening, analytics and AI processing.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The version and effective date above identify the current terms. If we make a material change, we may require account holders to accept the new version before continuing.

17. Applicable law

These Terms operate subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer, privacy and other statutory rights that apply to you are not waived by these Terms.

Paid Test Credits, when enabled, are prepaid access to JudgeMyPic digital services only. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
